About Chuck:

Chuck is a music producer in New Orleans, Louisiana. Working with some of the best musicians in the city, Chuck has made a name for himself performing live and in the studio with: Amanda Shaw, The Topcats, Rockin' Dopsie Jr., Gary Histius, The Subdudes, Theresa Anderson, Tab Benoit, and Peter Noone to name a few. Chuck and Robert Schulte formed Stacpot/Credo Productions in 2004, an agency dedicated to local music promotion and production. Chuck also is a part of the production team at Radionic Studios in Jefferson, Louisiana where thousands of artist come to record in one of the best facilities in the New Orleans area.

Besides The Mixed Nuts, Chuck performs regularly with Newsflash: A Huey Lewis Experience...the ONLY Huey Lewis and The News Tribute Band in America! Made up of members of The Tocpats, The Mixed Nuts, The Bag Of Donuts, The Bucktown Allstars, and The Boogiemen, Newsflash is a local "supergroup" that performs throughout the Gulf Coast at festivals, casinos, and conventions.

Chuck is also a proud member of The Harmon Drew Supergroup (www.harmondrew.com) as well as The Credo Blues Society...a group dedicated to preserving our local rhythm and blues culture.

Chuck is also the head producer of the annual New Orleans Beatles Festival held each year at The House Of Blues....a concert celebration of the music of The Beatles.

Chuck's thoughts on the band:

The Mixed Nuts are a fantastic group of friends who are blessed enough to continue over ten years of music making based in the greatest city in the world! There is no greater satisfaction for myself to be known as a New Orleans Musician. It's a family tradition for the Credos and I am honored to uphold and honor my upbringing by performing to hundreds of people every week...with a fantastic band.

The Nuts started out as a group who couldn't play Brown Eyed Girl in my living room. Ten years later, we've played to tens of thousands of people in some of the greatest venues in the country. We've played all around the Gulf Coast with the desire to take the show even further into the American heartland. Can you tell I'm a proud parent? The best part about this band is that EVERYONE in it is a fantastic person. We have a fantastic love and respect for each other that (I think) shows in our performances.

To sum it all up, I'm having way too much fun!

See you on the road!
